This puzzle appears on the Sunday puzzles pages in the Saturday, August 24, 2013 edition of The Ottawa Citizen. Dave Perry reports that it took him "[m]ost of a [three hour] flight from Manchester [England] to Faro [Portugal]" to complete the puzzle. Due to a recently implemented paywall on its web site, I am no longer able to verify the puzzle appearing in the Vancouver Sun. | |
Introduction
This puzzle appeared during a lull between trips. However, with so many end-of-summer activities and yet another trip in the offing, I have yet to find time to complete it.Signing off for this week — Falcon
