Notes This puzzle appears on the Sunday puzzles pages in the Saturday, August 31, 2013 edition of The Ottawa Citizen. As there is no entry for August 24 at the Saturday Star Cryptic Forum website, information regarding the publication of this puzzle in the Toronto Star is a presumption. Introduction
